About the Founder
Erica is passionate about helping others discover greater joy in their lives! She is especially devoted to helping nurses and other healthcare professionals better care for themselves as a means to prevent burnout.
As a nurse and holistic practitioner for the past 20 years who has experienced burnout, Erica has learned how to pull herself out of it and stay out of it by nurturing herself. She has worked with hundreds of nurses and other healthcare professionals experiencing various symptoms of burnout to overcome their situations by better caring for themselves so they can better care for the world.
Through a process of reclaiming joy, she helps nurses and other healthcare professionals develop more self-compassion, resilience, and fulfillment. She helps them rekindle their enthusiasm for their profession and establish a sustainable self-care practice, enabling them to succeed in both their professional and personal lives.
What Makes Erica Unique
Erica has been trained in many different therapeutic modalities, both conventional and unconventional. This preparation has strengthened her ability to hold space for the healing and transformation of others. She is dedicated to holistic healing and wellness; she is a registered nurse, caritas coach, massage practitioner, reiki I practitioner, meditation practitioner, health coach, heartmath certified trainer, life, energetic, and spiritual coach, vinyasa yoga instructor, certified personal trainer, healing circle facilitator, mentor, and healing arts enthusiast.
She has worked with a variety of people from many walks of life, including vulnerable children and teens to the chronically ill. She has an intuitive sense that allows her to see people in their entirety while working with the heart to guide her work. She finds working with the heart as a guide is central to moving people along in their healing journey. Her greatest joy is her three children who consistently teach her that the greatest gift you can give anyone is your presence. She is committed to caring for herself as a priority, and especially enjoys dancing, nature, and scuba diving. She finds meaning in writing and is a published author.
